How Writing Subject or thing in the mail



In every official letter, official letters whether it was government or job application letters, good always included subjects or core of the letter, called the Subject or page. So about that is:
1. the essence of the letter
2. essential content of the letter
3. purpose of the letter in brief

Subject helpful:
1. To know in advance what was discussed and questioned in the letter.
2. So that the reader has a receiver or a brief overview first, before knowing the whole. Posting about unnecessarily long-term. Subject is written brief, as long as the reader knows enough in outline what will be at issue in the letter.
example:
  Number: 65 / DS-pnt / VI / 03 Appendix: 1 (one) file Subject: Command to follow training
Ways of writing about:

1. writing it in a letter commercial
2. Writing Subject to the letter government agencies, usually on the left after the attachment and not too long, then the bottom line when it consists of two lines, only the last line of the underlined words.
example:
  Number: 10/DN/V/03
